Advice Centre One of the benefits of the informal atmosphere of the AIIM Roadshow is tha ability to discuss your ECM issues in some detail with both suppliers and consultants. In particular, our Advice Centre is staffed by knowledgeable and experienced consultants who can give you initial insights that would cost considerable amounts of money as a more formal consultant-led project. Of particular interest this year is the recent release of MoReq2, the model requirements specification for records management systems as funded by the EC on behalf of the national archives of each European country, and developed by the consultancy arm of Serco (formerly Cornwell Consultants). .
